The service here was by far the best I have experienced in Los Angeles. The food (which is mostly italian with some french) was wonderful, the meal was inexpensive. The location is a little off the beaten path, the clientele is a bit older (50s) than most places, two traits which seem to be earmarks for really good restaurants. The restaurant is not scene-y or trendy; they appear to be all about the food and the service instead, which differentiates this place from everywhere else in the greater Los Angeles area. There was only one problem with our experience: the creme brulee was a little sweeter than I like it.
Pros: service, food, service
Cons: small parking lot
