I moved to Brookline 18 months ago from New York City and thought I would never find a Chinese restaurant or any restaurants in Boston I would enjoy like I did in New York. Golden Temple is as closest as it comes to being in New York. The atmosphere is on par with Ruby Foo's or Chin Chin in New York. The food at Golden Temple is different but equally as good in it's own way. The drinks are definitely better at Golden Temple; especially the Stoli Doli. The service is great for a Chinese restaurant especially for Boston but coming from New York it loses a couple notches. Over all I love going to Golden Temple late at night and listening to the house DJ and they have great delivery also when I stay home.
