Service was dreadful, and as a former waitress (6+years), I know good service. Slow and unresponsive. My brunch selection was an item I always order wherever I find it, but I didn't care for the preparation; it was definitely less than satisfactory. I sent it back and requested another item (eggs benedict), which was absolutely perfect. The server brought my bill with the first item I'd sent had back AND the replacement meal. When I questioned him, he said there really wasn't anything wrong with the first meal, and they wouldn't take it off the bill just because I didn't ""like"" it. I didn't make a fuss; after fuming for a bit, I agreed to pay for both, but the server brought back a revised bill with the first item removed.
The food was great, but the experience was ruined by the service and I will not go back.
