We went to Koto for a Sunday brunch buffet. It's a very pleasant experience overall. You get to taste different Japanese cusine: made-to-order sushi, hand-roll, tampura, bbq and other varities are ""ALL YOU CAN EAT!"" It also includes ""ALL YOU CAN DRINK"" champaign and soft drinks! Koto also has a beautiful restaurant setting with a Japanese style backyard for outdoor dining. Waitresses wearing tranditional Japanes kimono are very friendly.
