A $98 steak ordered med-rare and served med to med-well done. A $65 lobster tail overcooked so it required a steak knife to cut it. Great ceaser salad, good escargot, good potatoe. Vegetables not at all impressive (the parmesan cheese on the tomatoe tasted like Kraft). For a $360 meal for two the standard should be substantially higher and the quality should be beyond reproach. The high point of the meal was somewhat over priced bottle of wine. This is Portland and the standards seem to be lower than elsewhere in the world but this was close to larcency.
Pros: atmosphere, prompt service, live music
Cons: over priced wine, over priced food, novice cooks
