I have to admit that with all the new rstaurants opening lately some good some bad , I was aprehensif about trying Fhima's not because of anything I heard as a matter of fact it is because of all the buzz that I finally decided to try it, but rather becuse of my snobiness about St Paul, well this is by far the best restaurant in the twin cities a definit trend setter, combining claasic dishes such as the lamb tagine with a nouvelle cuisine twist is pure execution and all that in a fun and vibrant atmosphere ,French service without the french atittude, the creme brulee was spectacular , this restaurant definetly gets my best of vote.
