There seems to be much slamming regarding the service, but I experienced a very prompt and friendly staff. However, I only went once and STOOD next the terminal where they input orders. The place is packed so I don't believe management is taking the service concerns seriously. I sampled many happy hour offerings, the $3.95 three steak bites on toast was the only one not up to par. The drinks were great. From what I hear through word-of-mouth, not reviews, is that dinner is certainly not worth it. Then again, how many great view - beautiful people - spots are?
