This Uhaul branch has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were understandably busy when I called, but I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. I called back and gave my name but they never returned my call. I called back again, refusing to be put on hold and they hung up on me. I finally spoke to a manager who did not even bother to apologize for the horrible service. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!!
