Easter Saturday was my first time at the Capitol Grill. It was terrific! The service, food and ambiance were incredible. I had the most wonderful appetizer, which consisted of three small cups of there homemade soups, most unusual! My waiter Jason recommended the pork chop for my entrée and it was delicious. I would highly recommend or any occasion. The new Chief is just fastastic!
