I felt that the customer service was terrible across the board. First, one clerk told me in order to special order something I had to go through their Website - Boot Barn is the WORST online retailer I've worked with and I shop a lot. Returns were a mess, it took days for my order to be processed etc. I felt it all could have been avoided had she just ordered my boots via the store as I later learned they could.
I don't like going to a store and being treated like i'm inconvieniencing someone or trying to rip them off and that was how I felt here.
In the end they worked hard to rectify it but this whole company and its employees could use some customer service 101.
