IKEA has a huge selection of great products, but the customer service is very poor, especially the delivery service (which costs $100 by the way). I bought a wardrobe from them and 2 of 7 parts were missing and one was damaged. Once I got through to customer service on the phone, I had a hard time articulating my problem, because all of the parts and pieces have very similar names. Their response was simply to ask which pieces and parts I was missing and then tell me that someone would call me back within 48 hours. They said that the parts (which are in stock) that are missing that I have already paid for could take up to 2 weeks to deliver.
