As a late 30's local, I frequent Chino often. If you go to Chino execting to somehow be transported to your New York expectations, then you're just foolish - Chino is simply a great neighborhood spot. It is true: too many suburban cattle in their 20's pour in to air their best Uptown impressions - but it can be great fun watching them attempt pseudo-hipdom while also requesting a valet. Take it is stride and enjoy the yummy revolving menu, huge drinks, and charred atmosphere. Don't go to Chino if you think the world owes you something because you are 'you' - you'll be dissatisfied...
