When they want something (a sale)--very accomodating. Once you decide to buy, it's rush on to the next potential sale. You feel like you're trying desperately to be kind and accomodating --that's THEIR job if they want your business! They failed to inspect my veil when it arrived to the store to see that it matched THEIR purchase order--One simple look would've revealed it was the wrongcolor. I had to chase them to get it done right. NO explanation, NO apologies, NO customer service. Just, ""You can use ours for practice hair-runs."" (Which defeated the purpose seeing as theirs were white OR entirely different in length/style from mine). Last time there I said to Carol/manager/owner, ""I sent my mother-in-law here--she was thrilled to find a dress."" Carol was too preoccupied telling her employees about a dress that fell on the floor to acknowledge my complement or hardly even my presence.
