Yu-San's has the best Sushi in the East Bay. The sushi here is very traditional, so it's not the place if you prefer to eat the highly creative rolls featured in some restaurants. However if you want the freshest and highest quality fish, served in large portions on perfect rice, this is the place. Sushi chef (and owner) Yuzo will only serve fish if it is perfect, thus he sometimes doesn't have any Toro - but when he has Toro it is incredible.
I don't know anything about the rest of the food, since all I've eaten here is sushi.
