We moved to Arvada and discovered Taco Express. Open 24 hours - great place to catch a burrito after a late party. The carne asada burrito is great - with loads of guacamole inside. Definitely greasy - not for the health conscious, but this is great when you crave Mexican carbs. Very similar to the Alberto's chain in San Diego.
