I came home to find my valentines flowers in front of my apartment door tipped over and some of the flowers were smashed. When I called to tell them what I found when I got home the salesperson basically said ""where else are we supposed to leave them?"" As I was explaining that I shouldn't have my flowers ruined just because I wasn't home she hung up on me!
