Although the ceviche appetizer certainly looked great nestled in a bed of ice in an oversized wooden bowl, the contents were far less impressive. The tuna was tasteless and the shrimp barely recognizable. The best thing in the bowl was the garnish of salsa hidden under the oysters. The spiny lobster entree was chewy and had to be painstakingly scraped out of its shell. We waited for over twenty minutes (some people said theyd waited over thirty) for the valet to return our car. While the aquarium is certainly impressive (although the sharks weren't even in it when we were there!) the ambience doesn't compensate for the lackluster food.
