Murray's is the quintessential Minneapolis Steakhouse. In fact, on our visit the 2nd and 3rd generation owners were both buzzing around the dining room to the serenade of the piano and violin. The silver butterknife steak for three was excellent, one of the best steaks we've ever had. The sides were only OK (but that's not what you come for). The raspberry pie was impressive. The berries had incrdible in-season flavor (how, I don't know, we dined in January . . . they must have a great supplier). Wine list is up to date and appropriate to pair with the food. We had the '99 Chateau St. Jean Cab which worked very well.
Pros: great steak, atmosphere
