The person at the front desk has absolutley no customer service skills what-so-ever. It is almost as if she would like you to come in and do her job for her. Anything you ask seems to be a MAJOR inconvenience for her. That is why small businesses in Dayton go out of business....no one wants to deal with that when they can go to a chain store and get treated with respect. I will never go there again. I work to improve customer satisfaction at the second largest company in Dayton, so I am not just one person who had a problem...I am well educated and trained to spot bad customer service.
