My wife & I have been looking for some good crême brulée like they serve it in Europe. When I called to make reservations 3 weeks in advance for our anniversary, I briefly mentioned that it was for that occasion that I wanted to eat there. The day we went, they had remembered that it was our anniversary and had written ""Joyeux Anniversaire"" in correct French and I didn't even mention once that that was the occasion. The food was delicious and the eye for detail and the well trained staff are unprecedented in Houston.
