What a great place. Finally a Thai restaurant that is reasonably priced and has a clean, honest atmosphere. Most of the up-scale Thai places in town are too expensive and slightly Americanized. They try to make up for it with extensive wine lists, and fancy decore. This attempt to create a fine dining experience ends up distracting me from the truly great tastes of Thai food.
The must have dish is papaya salad. People that are new to this dish will be pleasantly surprised that it is really like a salad and unlike the papaya most of us are exposed to. About every possibly taste is mixed perfectly in Thai food: hot, spicey, sweet, sour, salty, fresh, etc... The soups are great along with the Pad Thai also.
The cons: The place is that it is very small and sometimes not open during the hours posted.
Pros: Authentic, Tasty, Inexpensive
Cons: Sometimes not open, Small
