The steak was excellent; tender, flavorful and perfectly cooked. If it was seasoned in the least, I couldn't detect it. As good a steak as I can ever remember eating.
The ambience is boy's-clubbish and cozy; leather-upholstered and dimly lit.
The wine list was too trendy for my taste. Too many Merlots, not enough Bordeauxs and not a single Chateau Neuf.
Our waiter was a bit inexperienced for a resturant of this caliber. He wasn't bad, just unseasoned (perhaps better suited to Longhorn's than to Jimmy Kelly's). But he was eager and I'm sure he'll age as graciously as the steaks.
Pros: steaks Steaks STEAKS, atmosphere
Cons: young-ish staff
