I can't count the number of times I've popped into Kohl's since it opened. Along the lines of a Mervyn's, Kohl's offers a nice variety of quality merchandise. I've shopped for myself and for gifts.
There's always a sale going on and stuff is pretty nicely maintained.
My one complaint is customer service. One day I had to wait about 20 minutes until someone showed up to process a return. They had a morning staff meeting (after the store opened) and I had to wait until they were done. That's not a good way to do business.
I have been happy with the merchandise I've purchased; they offer a nice variety and price range. I'll keep coming back!
