I was skeptical if I was going to like yoga because I am NOT flexible. I am surprised and pleased that I can touch my toes now! The tension in my upper back has disappeared. I also love that it gets my heart rate up and I feel stronger; who knew that yoga was a cardiovascular workout in addition to being about flexibility? They have a great 2-week special for $20; it's a great way to get started. The modern atmosphere makes it appealing and the hot tea served afterward is very nice!
