Our group was having a great time and switched seating after the appetizer in order to allow everyone to meet each other. The owner came out with the entrees and freaked out. When one of the ladies in our party told him not to worry, that we'd hand the dishes to the right people, he snapped at her and brought the room to silence.
He did finally apologize an hour later, but he unnecessarily brought awkwardness to the party and he lost 24 people's business for good.
