Attempted to make reservations a week in advance for dinner. Was informed that 9:45pm was best they could do. Cancelled 9:45pm for a lunch reservation at 1:30pm the following day. Making sure to leave enough time to make our wedding event later in the early evening. When we arrived at 1:26 we were told that we were early and to have a drink at the bar. We informed them that we were not too early for our 1:30pm reservations and were snubbed by staff who said that our reservations were not until 2:00pm. I indicated that I made reservations for 1:30 and the woman was quite rude in her attitude that she would not accomodate us any earlier and in fact that it might be even later. Ironically, I had heard a few simular stories and am sad that I did not heed the warnings.
