Dining here will take over 3 hours...either thats classy or slow, understaffed service. Many of the staff are unpolished college students that detract from the intended high brow atmosphere. They come off like kids that you'd have serve you at Chili's; not too quick on their feet. The wines by the glass are largely low end choices marked up 3 times retail. They had run out of several things when we arrived for a 7:30 PM Saturday reservation. Appetizers did not arrive together. My steak arrived luke warm. Seems that the original chef (J. Richard) is now gone. This is not the best place in Austin and I will not go back.
Pros: Above avg. food, Above avg. decor
Cons: Poor service, Too cold AC, clueless staff/server
