Bluefin has the best sushi in the entire Philly area and we've tried them all. Yong always makes the meal memorable. I'm not sure what happened to the previous reviewer, but I've never had Yong say no to me about any special orders whatsoever. He has created rolls for people on the Atkins diet and EVERY time I go (at least once a week) I either create or have Yong create a special roll or dish, based upon ingredients I like. Must tries: tuna sundae, creamy lobster hand roll and anything they make with Toro.The restaurant is small, so waiting can be an issue at times, but other than that, if you like the freshest creative and basic sushi, bring a bottle of wine or sake and enjoy!
