No hype, just genius! Chef Adam Kreisel's a force to be reckoned with, and I guarantee you haven't eaten this gloriously anywhere in the world. I've traveled extensively, eaten at the 'temples' of haute cuisine. Know what? I remember very few MEALS at those other altars. What I crave is AK's roast guinea hen, their stellar soups, or the Mission Fig Martini. What they nick you 2 bills for in El Lay is 25% that here. Can't decide? Call ahead and reserve a tasting menu. Just let him pair the wines,too. Don't try to impress anyone here---we all work for a living. Just get settled and prepare to be bowled over. The wait staff knows their stuff and won't try to get you to read their lame script. Tres cool music; live, DJ'd or the 'Staff's Picks'. Looking for a REAL star?
