When we first moved into the area 20 years ago, Lindseys was recommended to us. The experience was marginal. Recently we gave Lindeys another try, thinking that maybe the first experience was an off night in the kitchen. After 20 years we experienced the identical quality of beef and sides. If you want a very limited selection of sub par quality beef , with rusty iceberg lettuce as a salad this is the place for you. For the same amount of money you can purchase a much higher quality cut of meat at The Outback or Timberlodge, without the gristle, with fresh salads and sides.
