It definitely surprised me that El Gaucho picked Tacoma before the Eastside. I am sure T-town hopes it is a sign for more to come. It will be very interesting to watch how well it does. It has a very different atmosphere than its older sibling but cool in its own way. The table side caesar was outstanding but would have been perfect with just a little less garlic. Steaks were the outstanding Prime as you would expect. Wine list is great but needs to do a better job supporting high quality VALUES. The shrimp appi was..killler.
Pros: professional service, perfect meat
Cons: really expensive, parking is sketchy
