I was mostly happy with them. But then had problems with some disputed charges. Ok fine. Then I got married and added wife's name to account. For credit reasons wanted to remove her from the account (we both went in together) and they couldn't do it. Have to close the account, new checks, etc... Wouldn't re-finance my car. Well now I use the credit union. Not any branches or atm's but service is unbelievable compared to WAMU.
Pros: many branches, easy access
Cons: uncooperative, expensive
