For a rare night out my husband and I ventured to Fearrington Restaurant and enjoyed an extrordinary
culinary event. To begin with the menu reads like Faulkner, counldn't put it down I actually kept it throughout the entire dinner. Clean, balanced subtle flavors throughout the six courses that ranged from delicate Lobster Bisque to sublime Foie Gras three ways. Heaven! Caviar service with a playful but focused twist. Lots of seafood offerings, our waiter said the chef was raised on the NC coast. Desserts were delicate, a perfect ending to a perfect dinner. The service was by far the best we have recieved in the Triangle.
Pros: romantic, menu offerings, fireplace
