First time at the Chophouse Jan 2003. No reservations. Seated promptly at 6:30PM(Fri) Found the meat (Filet) to be the amoung best I have had at any place. All other items were of equal quality. I do wonder why a place of this quality would still have a salad bar??? The wait staff was good, but under par for this restaurant. Better timing and attentiveness are required. The seating is a bit cramped for most carnivores. But I would go back again for the food! The Chef(s) are great!
