I have also shopped at the Rivergate Rack Room Shoes. I found my visit to be extremely unpleasant. The sales manager was bickering loudly with another employee on the sales floor. I left the store, so I would not have to hear the noise. Before I went home I thought that the incident would have been solved, so I went once more to finish my shopping. This time, the same sales manager was being extremely rude with a customer. Since then, I have not gone back..and I never will at that location. I do like the prices and value at Rack Room Shoes, but when I am a customer, I expect to shop in a pleasant enviroment.
