The only problem I have with this restaurant is the quality varies from visit to visit and sometimes the service sucks. Sometimes the bloomin onion is served cold, too greasy or overcooked but when it is cooked right and served hot it cannot be beat. Caesar salad is consistantly good and so is the bread. The prime rib is 90% of the time great but some time it has too much visible fat.
Pros: simple menu, great salad
Cons: poor service, smoking section too, large.
