I'm not from the West coast so maybe it's a required taste. I came over here with a friend of mine, originally from Cali, who raved about it. It sucks. I don't eat ketchup, mayo, and sweet relish on my burgers. Which is exactly what that "sauce" is. Most people call in "sandwhich spread". Don't even think you can ask for just mayo, they don't serve it there. I didn't eat inside so I can't tell you about the service
