I HAD BOOKED MY APPT 2 MONTHS PRIOR FOR MYSELF AND 6 FRIENDS. WE KNEW JUNE WOULD BE BUSY AT THE SPA. THE SPA DIRECTOR REFUSED TO HELP US WHEN OUR APPTS WERE LOST. SHE ACTUALLY SAID SHE WAS BUSY!!!
THEY NEED SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE MANAGEMENT LEVEL. OTHERWISE THINGS WERE OK. CROWDS, A CAFE THAT DOES'T COME CLOSE TO ACCOMODATING THE PEOPLE AND A MUD GROTTO THAT DOES NOT TAKE APPTS.
