I have no idea where Mark2 (below) had dinner. We have eaten at the Third Floor Fish Cafe at least 6 times, including last night and we have never had a bad experience. The service is attentive without being annoying and the food is very consistenly high quality, especially the seafood.
We were very excited to see that they started offering a $30 (w/o wine) prix fixe menu, from which you can select your own first course, entree and dessert. The portions are the same as on the standard meals. It is an incredible deal.
