I dined at Seastar awhile back, and had high expectations for the restaurant and its food. My dish was the Alder Smoked Salmon, which I was very impressed with. The decor was very elegant, but left me with a cold feeling. Maybe it was the lack of people in the restaurant (which could have warmed up the place a bit?!?). I will definitely be back to give it another try, but am not going with such high of expectations.
