I've always heard that Mel's Drive-in was another Denny's. Imagine my surprise then when I entered one the other night and found a menu with more than a handful of choices! And some were even rather healthy! And for those not concerned with their waistline, there's plenty of excellent fattening breakfasts for you to choose from, all what the customer's looking for at 1:30 a.m. A great choice after a long night.
Pros: large menu, excellent breakfasts, good service
Cons: lunches just ok, sometimes crowded, no Chinese food!
