I have been involved with 2 different aspects of morgan stanley (business and personal). In both cases they do not take responsibility and the big thing is they do not tell you the whole truth about the investing with them until something negative comes up. Then they will tell you it is in the rules within the small print. That is how it is. The Financial Advisors customer service really sucks.
