Carrabba's isn't Italian. Sure they offer Italian sounding dishes, but anyone who has ever had the pleasure of eating REAL Italian food, knows that Carrabba's is as Italian as apple pie! The food is excellent, but if you want Italian, go find a small, local hide-away and experience Italian that will blow you away.
