For a place where people go to have ""surgery"" done on their teeth and mouths, this little office is very comforting from the moment you open the door. The peaceful country decor (although a little overwhelming) is distracting enough to keep you in a good mood. It's Easter bunnies run amok, but in a fun way! The friendly staff make your visit less nerve-wracking than it has to be, which is always a good thing. Dr. Pratte is a gentle, focused man who moves lightly from room to room helping each patient as their novacaine takes effect. As we left, the front office staff made arrangements for us to be billed at our next visit, simply because we were in the office after 5pm...and the insurance carrier couldn't be reached.
