My husband had a taste for lamb that day so he ordered the rack of lamb; he asked that it be well done, the lamb looked good and tasted good until he got to the middle where it was bloody and red. His lamb was taken back two times when he finally lost his appetite and said our dog Cheerio would get some meat on this actual bone. On the menu it warns you that meat might appear be rarer than you asked for but this lamb was alive it went baaaaa! Shay Stovall
