Freshly Baked does just that, they bake their own excellent sourdough bread every day. The bread is warm when you order your sandwich. They also roast their own meats, so everything is really fresh. By noon, the line is out the door, so come early and grab a table outside.
Pros: fresh, fast, good people watching
