I have been eating at Siam Bay for over 4 years. It's worth the drive from Hayward. The chef knows how to get the most flavor from the ingredients. There is NO ""one sauce fits all dishes"" here. Each dish is prepaired with fresh daily ingredients. If you like your food really spicey, just tell the waiter/waitress to make it ""pet mahk"". If you have any questions, just ask any of the staff. They will take the time to give you a good explanation.
