With the exception of a very poorly designed par 5, the layout is excellent. Unfortunately, they're still maintaining it like it's the old Progress Downs. Expect bumpy, slow greens, burned out areas, overgrown fairways, lots of space that should be marked ground under repair, and a crew that likes to cut holes on the sides of ridges and laugh about it. I played with a course employee who is disgusted with his own course and it's staff, and apologized to me throughout the round for the condition of the course (in July, when it should be it's best). I gave it 4 chances this year, and it was terrible every time.
