Recently I had a client who wanted to meet for lunch. When he recommended Black Angus, I have to admit that I was a bit surprised and taken back. The last experience I had at Black Angus consisted of slow service followed by slower service. However, that was just the start. Imagine my surprise when my wife pulled a large piece of glass (obviously from a broken cup) out of her mouth after eating a biteful of mashed potatoes. Luckily she wasn't cut. Again, this was some time ago, and the manager on duty was ""kind enough"" to get her a replacement meal for her ""glass trimmed"" feast. Well, this is where the client suggested so I guess we will give it another try. Mind you I won't be getting the potatoes. .)
