Stella's son Gus used to be the chef. Some of the taste balance to the burgers left with him. Still, the ingredients are the same. Best burger I've ever had...period. Many gourmet burgers to choose from, to suit any taste. My personal fave: the Anthony Quinn. Tried many other over the last couple decades. Marlon Brando, etc. Great breakfast too. This restaurant has a lot of history... Gave a 9 overall, 'cause I go there to eat, not admire the wallpaper.
